Mechanical Engineer
Planning day to day activates of production, production schedule, allocating work for achieving of daily production target of various extruder and injection molding machines.
Provide daily direction to assigned personnel to ensure all daily deliverables and tasks, are completed in accordance with operations KPI structure.
Preparing reports entailing daily production/downtime report, overall material consumption, material scrap, master production report.
Involve in verification of operational forms, machine start checklist forms, production report.
Preventative and corrective maintenance supervision according to production schedule (Weekly/ monthly/ annually.)
Preparing maintenance machine history Log Form of daily maintenance activates.
Assist Staff in root cause analysis so that issue do not appear again and again.
Enhancement analysis of overall efficiency of equipment through TPM.
Value addition (Start target board system to improve the daily production system).
